About This Event
Books & Beats 2025 is Uganda's first ever Inclusive Color Run for Literacy. A vibrant, music filled festival and nationwide campaign by the Book Drive Store, blending fitness, color, and community to advance inclusive education.
This year's event is more than a run, it's a movement for equality in learning. For the first time, learners who are deaf, blind, and physically disabled will actively participate alongside peers teachers, parents and corporate teams. Through this inclusive celebration, we aim to prove that every child regardless of ability deserves to run, read, and thrive.
The Purpose
To mobilize books literacy kits and funds for the One Million Books to One Million Kids campaign
