Heroes of Africa: Tetteh Quarshie

The great Tetteh Quarshie was born somewhere in the night, losing his mother during his birth. Losing his mother was not the only battle the infant would face, as his delivery and greatness would soon cost him his life. He managed to escape and finally ended up in Fernando Po, now Bioko, an island 32km from the west coast of Africa.......
