About This Event

Many Christians today desire a deeper, more integrated approach to serving God in their work. Their work is disconnected from their faith, and they are unfulfilled and frustrated with their jobs. Most of all, many in the church fear their daily work doesn’t matter to God. They believe that in order for the work to matter, they’ll have to quit their “secular” job and go into full time ministry. Nothing could be further from the truth. God’s plan for our lives and his design for our work are so much bigger than that.
The Faith, Work and Economics Forum is an initiative of the Institute for Social Change & Wisdom to foster dialogue among professionals to understand and live out the biblical meaning of work, economics and entrepreneurship. We want to empower people to curate their careers, businesses and work with intentionality, wisdom and purpose.
