Winneba Masquerade Festival 2026

The WIINEBA MASQUERADE FESTIVAL, sometimes referred to as "emas," is a vibrant exhibition of Ghanaian creativity in costume design intended to amuse, thrill, frighten, and involve communities.  It features five incredible masquerade ensembles competing for the top prize through a variety of costume and dance displays.  This celebration is a lovely way to begin the year and the greatest event on the Ghanaian calendar.
