Ashaiman's Youth Ignite Change Through Film

Ashaiman's Youth Ignite Change Through Film

The vibrant community of Ashaiman buzzed with excitement on July 5th, as hundreds of young people gathered for an unforgettable movie premiere featuring three youth-led short films under the Ghana Grows Program.

This initiative, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and the Springboard Road Show Foundation, leveraged the power of storytelling to transform perceptions of agriculture and vocational education among Ghana's youth.

Comfort Ocran, Executive Director of the Springboard Road Show Foundation, highlighted the event as a pivotal moment for inspiring a new generation to view agriculture as a creative and dignified career path. Renowned actor Adjetey Anann echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the importance of identity and future-building in storytelling.
