The Matriarch’s Verse 25 Experience: GROUP THERAPY FOR ADULTING

 A supportive community-style session that uses creative arts and guided conversation to explore the everyday challenges that come with growing into adulthood. Participants will reflect on topics such as identity, responsibilities, relationships, and personal well-being, using writing, storytelling, and collaborative activities to express their experiences. The session encourages openness, shared learning, and connection in a relaxed environment where everyone can feel seen and heard. It is not a clinical therapy session. Instead, it is a creative space where adults and young adults can engage, reflect, and find encouragement through collective expression.
